Browsing data

The computer systems and software that operate this website collect, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

This category of data may include IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, URI/URL addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s response, and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computing environment.

These data are processed in order to:

  • monitor the correct functioning of the services offered.

Browsing data are collected and processed through the Google Analytics platform and are retained on Google’s servers for 26 months.

Data provided by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to Andrea Ruffini’s contact addresses, as well as the completion and submission of the forms on the website, involves the acquisition of the sender’s contact details — necessary to respond — as well as all personal data included in the communications.

The data collected will be used for the following purposes:

  • to respond to requests received;
  • to improve the website (we use user feedback to improve our services);
  • to create promotions and surveys, and to send users information on topics we believe may be of interest to them;

Client and supplier data

Personal data provided by clients and suppliers are stored digitally in order to fulfil contractual obligations or to carry out pre-contractual activities (Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation). Such data are processed for the purposes and for the duration required by tax and civil law. In any case, they will be retained until an explicit deletion request is made by the data subjects.

Such data may be transferred to third parties for the fulfilment of civil, tax, accounting and administrative management obligations.

Partner and prospective client data

In the course of business activities, personal data of prospective clients are collected. Such data are processed and stored digitally by Andrea Ruffini for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) of the Regulation) of carrying out direct marketing (Recital 47).
