Editorial transparency

Editorial method and sources

How the content published on this website is produced, verified and updated.

Who writes and publishes the content

The articles published on this website are produced by Andrea Ruffini and by an editorial team that works with him. Before publication, every article is personally reviewed by Andrea Ruffini, who checks its accuracy, its relevance for Italian SMEs, and its consistency with his own direct professional experience.

Use of artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence tools may be used as support in stages such as preliminary research, drafting or text editing. In every case, each published piece of content is supervised, verified and approved by Andrea Ruffini before going live: artificial intelligence does not publish content autonomously.

Sources and verification

The analyses and opinions expressed in the articles are based primarily on Andrea Ruffini’s direct professional experience, built over more than twenty years of consulting for Italian SMEs (see the About page).

When an article contains regulatory references, quantitative data or verifiable technical claims, the source is indicated directly in the text of the article or in a dedicated section.

Updates

Published content is reviewed over time to correct errors and keep it current with regulatory or contextual changes. For details on how we handle corrections and updates, see the Corrections and updates page.

Limitations of the content

The content on this website is for informational purposes: it offers a point of view based on Andrea Ruffini’s professional experience, but it does not constitute personalised legal, tax, cybersecurity or other professional advice for the reader’s specific situation. For decisions concerning your own business, we recommend seeking a dedicated assessment.

Conflicts of interest

There are currently no commercial affiliations, sponsorships or partnerships that influence the content published on this website. Should any arise in the future, they will be explicitly disclosed within the relevant article, and this page will be updated accordingly.

Reporting an error

If you notice an inaccuracy or an error in an article, you can report it by writing to andrea@andrearuffini.com or via the website’s contact form.
